Kaktoquake Cliff (originally spelled "Kaktoquake Kliff") is a municipality in the far southeastern part of Kaktoland. It is the least developed part of Kaktoland, completely lacking any infrastructure. An earthquake shattered the landscape on April 19, 2011, but it has since been terraformed to some degree, evening out the steep cliffs a bit. Hellpotatoe inhabits this region.

Orignally, Kaktoquake Cliff was a warm desert, but it has become very cold since, and the northern parts have become covered in snow.
